Returns
At Kilometre Paris, we create unique pieces using beautiful vintage bases. These one-of-a-kind garments may occasionally exhibit slight imperfections, reflecting their past journeys and adding to their unique character.
We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you envisioned. For this reason, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. However, please note:
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ask@kilometre.paris with photos of the product and original packaging. We will do our best to promptly resolve the issue.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days for items in our trunk. However, processing times may vary for items that are yet to be crafted. In the case of the latter, we will write to you informing you of how long your order will take to process before shipping.

We offer various shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure a secure delivery location or consider using a delivery option with signature confirmation.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping method and destination. These fees are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors made by us.
