Why did you choose the Niseko shirt ?
When Alexandra asked me to choose a shirt among all she had, I wanted to have one with a lot of designs and as much details as possible. I hesitated with the Mexican one before I finally picked the Japanese one. Firstly because Japan has always been my soulmate thanks to Miasaki’s world, and secondly because I liked the idea of mixing the French and Japanese cultures, which are totally at the opposite.
What has inspired you for this photoshoot ?
Alexandra asked me to represent the Parisian Spirit. I thought that I necessarily had to show tourists places as the Eiffel Tower and so on. Then I started wondering how Japanese knew Paris.
How did you choose your model ?
As I said, Alexandra asked me to represent the Parisian Spirit. And it turns out that César, the model I chose, and his friends created their own music label called Parisian Spirit. That was the main reason and also because he isn’t a complicated muse at all, rather an awesome face and presence.
What is Kilometre to you ?
Travel, as it has to be.
On your own kilometres :
I had the chance to travel a lot in my childhood, and I’ll travel as much as I can over the next few years as I am a travel lover/addict. I’m going to travel lots of kilometers this summer. I’m planning a trip around Europe to see different music festivals. Then I’ll move to Canada to study cinema at the University of Montreal. I’m hoping to get the chance to discover my neighbors worldwide.
