LE RANA PLAZA, BANGLADESH / PEARL LAKE, DAOCHENG, CHINA
from where you are
Recent disasters related to the world of fashion are changing the way the global consumer is judging what to add to their closet. The collapse of poorly regulated Rana Plaza in Dhaka lead to the death of hundreds of garment makers, while over production of denim has polluted a whole river with blue dye, in China. We acknowledge the large role that fashion has yet to live up to, to preserve societies, the environment, and the planet.
