ALEXANDER HALL, EL ALTO, BOLIVIA
from where you are
Freddy Mamani was instrumental in turning the sombre town of El Alto on its head, with his signature color pop buildings. The kaleidoscopic Alexander ballroom is one of the best examples. Fire orange, cherry red, and parrot green make the head swirl, while the geometry and soaring pillars of the structure pay homage to Inca temples and Andean heritage.
